Why These Terms Are Built to Hold Up

We wrote our legal terms around the realities of operating in Pakistan — local payment rails, regional access conditions, and the account security standards that matter to you. These are not copy-pasted...

Local Payment Coverage

Our terms explicitly name JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast as covered payment methods, with specific conditions for each rail so there is no ambiguity about which rules apply to your deposit or withdrawal.

Clear Jurisdiction Language

We use 'supported regions' and 'where local law permits' consistently throughout the policy so you can identify at a glance whether a specific clause applies to your location in Pakistan.

Account Security Provisions

The terms include specific clauses on two-factor authentication, session management, and what steps we take — and what steps you must take — if unauthorised access to your account is suspected.

Dispute Resolution Path

We outline a step-by-step process: internal review first, then escalation with a defined response window, so you always know what stage your case is at and what comes next if it remains unresolved.

Policy Change Notice

Any material update to these terms is emailed to your registered address at least seven days before it takes effect, giving you time to review the change and decide whether to continue using the platform.

Transparent Verification

Account verification requirements — identity documents, payment method confirmation, and address checks — are listed plainly in the terms so there are no surprise requests when you make your first withdrawal.

Common Questions About Our Terms

Our terms apply to accounts accessed from supported regions of Pakistan where local law permits. We reference applicable local law in the jurisdiction clause and operate only within regions where we are authorised to accept accounts.

Raise a dispute through the account portal within 30 days, attaching the JazzCash transaction reference. Our payment team reviews the ledger against the payment provider record and responds with findings within five business days.

We notify you by email at least seven days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date is treated as acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account before the change applies.

A valid national ID card (CNIC) and confirmation of the payment method you intend to use — such as the mobile number linked to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account — are the standard requirements for full account verification in Pakistan.

Standard withdrawals via SadaPay or Raast are reviewed within two business days once your account is fully verified. A manual compliance check can extend this to five business days if additional document confirmation is needed.

We may suspend an account if we identify a breach of the conduct terms, a mismatch in verification documents, suspicious transaction patterns, or a request from a regulatory authority in a jurisdiction relevant to your account.

Archived versions are accessible in the account portal under the legal section. Each version is dated and labelled so you can retrieve the exact text that applied to your account during any specific period you need to reference.
